Domenico Gatti’s Method for trumpet, among the most widely used over the years by students and appreciated worldwide, has been renewed in every part through an innovative didactic approach. In the first part, musical scales in all major and minor tones, flexibility and chromatic studies, leaps and arpeggios are presented, inserted in progressive order of difficulty with the aim of obtaining lip flexibility and improve technical and performance skills. The second part is devoted to melodic studies in all major and minor tones, composed by Domenico Gatti and other composers, useful for the development of interpretative skills.
