French composer, Vincent Paulet (b. 1962) studied at the Paris Conservatoire. His Antiphone for Alto Saxophone and Piano is a challenging, yet exciting addition to the repertoire. A typical performance of Paulet 's Antiphone lasts around four minutes and fifteen seconds. It is a highly modern work, addressing features of fast, semiquaver passages, exploited tonality, extended techniques, chromaticim, and complex rhythms, among other aspects.
