It is ten well-known, beautiful and interesting works from the musical canon which today cannot be found on the obligatory programme of double bass competitions and also in school curriculum. We can only play them for pleasure! But is that not what teaching music is all about – to provide the pupil with pleasure from playing and hearing the most beautiful works in the history of music.
