Classique Saxophone Mib N0094 Sonate N05 Flûte:Sicilienne Gigue HAENDEL GEORG FRIEDRICH / MULE
Classique
Description :
G. F. Handel (1685-1759) is considered as one of the greatest composers to have ever lived. Therefore, when saxophonist Marcel Mule (1901-2001) arranged Sicilienne Et Gigue for Saxophone, it was very well-received. The Sicilienne Et Gigue comes from Handel 's Flute Sonata No. 5 which was composed in 1732. The two movements arranged for Saxophone are contrasting and provide saxophonists with excellent baroque repertoire. Mule 's transcriptions ensure that the Saxophone part is within the tessitura of the instrument and contains the necessary articulation, phrasing and breath marks. For all saxophonists, this Mule arrangement of Handel 's Sicilienne Et Gigue is essential.
