It is an authentic sound theater where the characters are the character traits of themezzo-soprano on stage and its duplication projected by the speakers. The principal subject of the text of this first piece of "The Lips Cycle" is telling and listening, transmission and reception, the production of meaningthrough words and by the voice that pronounces and sings them.
