The collection contains 21 songs from the early period of the Composer's songwriting, divided into four opuses: 9, 12, 14, 19. What is noteworthy in Rozycki's songs is the freedom with which he creates characteristic links at the level of music between the vocal and instrumental parts. The composer uses the traditional texture of song accompaniment in a unique manner, providing it with a new breath. The original harmonic ideas frequantly help the equally tread parts supplement each other and together with the poetic text make up an interesting timbre.
