Lars Karlsson's Suite for Helena (Svit för Helena, 1994) for wind quintet is built on folk tunes from his native Åland Islands. In five movements, it takes a form from classical models (French suite, fuga, scherzo) and also of "family diary" describing the first steps of a baby boy (David's promenade), the bird sounds at the sea next to beloved summer cottage etc. This product includes a full score (A4) and a set of wind parts (B4 sized).
